My wife and I arrived at the Sierra on a Saturday morning just hoping to peek in and checkout the place for our son. When we enter the facility the employee let us in and greeted us. Claire who work that morning offer to give us the tour of the facility. She was very friendly and insightful about the place. Claire was very helpful and answered all the questions and concerns that we had about living at the Sierra. Thank you Claire for taking the time to show us around the facility.

The customer service is amazing. The managers have so much communication. Claudia helped me so much!! The pool is pretty cool, but the game rooms and the vending machine that takes Apple Pay is a lifesaver. Bathrooms are so clean and so nice. Alexis and Taylor truly run this place awesome.
