To reserve one of our Corvallis apartments, all you need to do is to fill out and submit an online application, which can be found under the “Apply Now” tab on our site. Once you have submitted your completed application and selected an apartment, our team will contact you with the next steps, including signing your housing contract and submitting guarantor or self-qualifying information per our rental criteria. Once you have completed your contract, we will screen you and your guarantor, if applicable, and contact you with the screening decision. Once you have received the screening decision results, we will notify you of any fees and/or deposits that are required (it’s as simple as that). We make the process easy, so you don’t have to worry about trying to figure it out. Simply contact us with any questions.

To best meet the needs of our residents, we offer 12-month housing contracts. We make the transition period for all of our residents as smooth as possible by offering a housing contract period that runs from September to late August. Our office is happy to provide additional information.

Yes. Our available floor plans feature private bedrooms, each of which includes an individual bathroom, for the utmost privacy for our residents.

Your monthly installment payment includes high-speed Internet, pest control, garbage disposal, lawn maintenance, and exclusive access to the numerous community amenities located within our property. Contact us today for more information.

Sierra Student Apartments utilizes the RoomSync program for roommate matching. Through the RoomSync app, residents are empowered to choose roommates and build a sense of community using lifestyle habits such as cleanliness levels, studying habits, sleep cycles, and more. RoomSync offers an experience that supports a diverse and inclusive matching community through gender-inclusive tools. Furthermore, the app recognizes the importance of living criteria like service and emotional support animals and factors this into the matching process.

While our community is not located directly on the shuttle route with a dedicated stop, the closest route is under 2 minutes away when walking. The Oregon State University campus can be reached in 6 minutes by walking, 2 minutes by bike!

Installment payments are due on the first (1st) of the month and can easily be paid by using the simple and secure Online Pay option via the Resident Portal, or by check at the leasing office. Payments received after 9 a.m. on the fifth (5th) of the month are considered late.

Residents are encouraged to set up rent payments through the ResidentPortal app. This allows you to schedule an automatic payment each month and avoid late fees. Rent can also be paid in the leasing office via a personal check or Cashier’s check. Sierra Student Apartments does not accept Money Orders or cash payments.

Our Corvallis apartments offer the most when it comes to community amenities, including an expansive, heated, resort-style swimming pool, complete with a comfortable outdoor courtyard and gas fire pits; state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga room; and all-encompassing cyber lounge, business center, and individual and group study rooms; among a wide range of other amenities exclusive to our residents.

We’ve got the charm of tree-lined streets nestled against a revitalized industrial stretch. Our community location puts you just minutes from the heart of Oregon State University Campus — bike to campus in 2 minutes or drive to campus in 1 minute (depending upon the location). What’s more, Central Park, Riverfront Commemorative Park, and downtown Corvallis are all less than a mile away!

At Sierra, we want our residents to have it all. That’s why we offer fully furnished apartments in Corvallis, OR, complete with all of the living essentials for your home away from home. Each of our complete furniture packages includes furniture both for bedrooms and common areas. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and each common area features a 50-inch, flat-screen TV.

Many of our floor plans offer bedrooms with private + attached bathrooms. We do offer a handful of floorplans that feature bedrooms with a shared bathroom space. This space is shared with another roommate in the apartment.

Yes. Sierra provides community bike storage and secured covered parking — both of which are located on our property — so students never have to worry about finding an available parking space near their apartment. Parking can be reserved through the leasing office for an additional monthly cost.

Yes! Sierra is a pet-friendly community. However, an additional pet deposit/fee and cleaning fee may apply. Read our pet policy.

Yes. Our apartments feature high-speed Internet, as well as a 50-inch, flat-screen, high-definition TV and cable. Residents can also get online access in our cyber lounge, business area, and study rooms, among other property spaces.

Sierra offers an electronic keying system, which is commonly referred to as “controlled access.” We issue electronic key fobs to each resident, similar to a hotel in which each resident has an individualized key that grants them access to their individual bedrooms. This system prevents key duplication, provides a record log of its use, allows maintenance keys to work only during designated times, and provides each of our residents with the utmost privacy.

If you need maintenance, simply go to your resident portal on our website and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call or stop by the front desk. If it is an emergency, please notify the front office immediately.

Paper mail and small packages are sorted directly into mailboxes in the Mail Room. Each apartment shares one mailbox. Packages are logged and stored in our Amazon Hub Package Locker Room. Residents receive a code to access the package room and pick up their packages when they receive deliveries.

The Sierra offers a well-rounded Residence Life program that keeps you connected with your neighbors and community. We host events focused on Philanthropic efforts, Academic Success, Wellness, and Socialization. We also host events with partners in the community, access to exclusive resident deals, and collaborations with small businesses.
